<p>Then Highlight The Account that you want to Secure and Click &#8220;Change&#8221;</p>
<p>Change the Server Information to the ones specified by your administrator.</p>
<p>Then Click The &#8220;More Settings&#8221; Button     Then Click The &#8220;Advanced&#8221; Tab at The Top</p>

<p>Check the Two Boxes under the Incoming &amp; Outgoing Mail Servers As Shown Above.</p>
<p>Then Click The &#8220;OutGoing Server&#8221; Tab</p>

<p>Click &#8220;OK&#8221;   Then  Click &#8220;Next&#8221;  &amp; Then  Click &#8220;Finished&#8221;</p>
<p>You&#8217;re Done.    This will ensure that Your emails are encrypted between the Server and your computer.</p>
<p>Just Like when you are at A Formpage that bares a Lock.  (128 bit encryption)</p>
