In Outlook,  At The Top  Click on Tools  ==>  Then Email Accounts.

   Click Next

Then Highlight The Account that you want to Secure and Click “Change”

Change the Server Information to the ones specified by your administrator.

Then Click The “More Settings” Button     Then Click The “Advanced” Tab at The Top

 

Check the Two Boxes under the Incoming & Outgoing Mail Servers As Shown Above.

Then Click The “OutGoing Server” Tab

  Make Sure The Top box is checked as shown.

Click “OK”   Then  Click “Next”  & Then  Click “Finished”

You’re Done.    This will ensure that Your emails are encrypted between the Server and your computer.

Just Like when you are at A Formpage that bares a Lock.  (128 bit encryption)

Beware of this classic Bait & Switch Scam that says they have unlimited Space.

Ask the provider if they can handle 40 Terra bytes of Video for your site and tell them you will be streaming that video alot.  See what response you get.

There are truth in Advertising Laws that are being broken here.

If they are willing to Lie to you about unlimited space, then what else are they lying about?

 

 99% of websites utilise less than 100 megs of web space.  They know this but what you to believe that there is unlimited space when there isn’t.   Avoid these types of false advertisers.
